American bass-baritone Brandon Cedel has joined the roster of Opus 3 for worldwide management.

Cedel has built an acclaimed international career spanning leading opera houses and orchestras across North America and Europe. His career highlights include performances at The Metropolitan Opera, English National Opera, Bayerische Staatsoper, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Glyndebourne Festival, Staatsoper Stuttgart, and Komische Oper Berlin. Cedel was an ensemble member of Oper Frankfurt from 2016-2019.

His repertoire includes music by Mozart, Shostakovich, Handel, Bernstein, Beethoven, Schumann, and Berlioz.

Highlights of the 2026-27 season include a return to Houston Grand Opera, a debut with The Dallas Opera, and performances with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, and Kansas City Symphony.
