Sondra Radvanovsky and Piotr Beczala headline the Metropolitan Opera’s “Met Stars Live in Concert” series on Jan. 23, 2021.

The event, which will begin at 1:00 p.m. ET, will feature the superstars live from the Stadthalle in Wuppertal, Germany,

The program will feature popular arias and duets from some of the many classic operas they’ve performed at the Met and other world stages, including Giordano’s “Andrea Chénier,” Verdi’s “Un Ballo in Maschera,” “La Forza del Destino,” and “Luisa Miller,” and Dvořák’s “Rusalka.” Vincenzo Scalera will accompany on piano.

The recital will be streamed live via the Met website and will then be available on-demand for 14 days.

The recital comes after the New Year’s Eve gala, which left Met orchestra members infuriated by being left out and will be followed by recitals featuring Anna Netrebko on Feb. 6, Sonya Yoncheva on Feb. 27, and Angel Blue.
