  1. The program at Carnegie Hall will include Dmitri Hvorostovsky’s favorite repertoire, spanning from opera, to operetta, to Russian romances and lighter genre. President and Founder of Talents of the World, David Gvinianidze, performed with Dmitri Hvorostovsky, when David was just a young singer, starting out his career at Moscow’s New Opera Theater, in the production of “Rigoletto”. Dmitri’s art, skill and personality had a great impact on David’s career. We include the famous Quartet from Rigoletto at the end of the first half. Performing Maddalena is Nino Surguladze, who sang regularly with Dmitri Hvorostovsky, and also recorded the role of Maddalena in the film, featuring Placido Domingo as Rigoletto.
