Bliss is known for his work in Mozart and has sung the role of Ferrando at the Metropolitan Opera, Seattle Opera, and Oper Frankfurt, among others. This summer he performs “Pelléas et Mélisande” at the Bayerische Staatsoper and opens the Metropolitan Opera’s 2024-25 season in a new production of “Grounded.”
