Tulsa Opera is launching a new conversation series featuring Tobias Picker.

The new show will be hosted by Artistic Director Picker and will launch with a guest appearance from Francesca Zambello, who serves as General Director of the Glimmerglass Festival and Artistic Director of Washington National Opera. The new series explores the past, present, and future of opera, including in the context of COVID-19 and its immense impact on the performing arts.

The new show begins on Oct. 26 at 7:30 p.m. CT and audiences can watch the series on TulsaOpera.com.

The Tusla Opera recently launched the “Staying Alive” series to demonstrate that it continues to showcase virtual performances of opera, popular music, and musical theater, directly from artists’ homes.
