Trinity Church Wall Street Unveils Slate of Holiday Concerts

It all starts with a performance of Händel’s “Messiah” with The Choir of Trinity Wall Street and Trinity Baroque Orchestra under Ryan Brandau. The performance on Dec. 14 will be live streamed.
Performance Dates: Dec. 13-15, 2023
Then comes “Sing, Choirs of Angels: Holiday Concert and Sing-Along.” The showcase features The Choir of Trinity Wall Street; Trinity Youth Chorus; St. Paul’s Chapel Choir; Downtown Voices; The Choirs from BMCC; and NOVUS NY Brass.
Performance Dates: Dec. 17, 2023
Timothy Parsons leads The Choir of Trinity Wall Street in “Special Compline by Candlelight.” The showcase includes works by Piers Connor Kennedy, Judith Weir, Jonathan Woody, Herbert Howells, Jan Sandström, and Hannah Kendall. The showcase takes place at St. Paul’s Chapel.
Performance Dates: Dec. 17, 2023
American Modern Opera Company presents “El Niño” with a cast that includes Julia Bullock, Jasmin White, Davone Tines, Anthony Roth Costanzo, and The Choir of Trinity Wall Street. Christian Reif conducts. The showcase takes place at St. John the Divine.
Performance Dates: Dec. 21, 2023
Finally, the organization will present Britten’s “A Ceremony of Carols” with the Trinity Youth Chorus under Melissa Attebury.
