Tribeca Arts to Present ‘Black Voices’

Tribeca Arts will present “Black Voices” on Feb. 25, 2024.

The showcase will feature music by Duke Ellington, traditional spirituals, and classical Rhythm and Blues. Jeannine Otis will host the event, which will take place at St. Mark’s Church in New York City.

Audiences will hear singers Chelsi Clarke and Dorian Lake, and musicians Larry Luger, Bim Strasberg, Chris Almeida, and Yuuki Koike, among others.

Alan Aurelia, the music director of the Richmond COunty Orchestra and Riverside Opera Company, will conduct the perforamnce.

“Black Voices” kicks off at 3 p.m. local time.
