Toledo Opera and Toledo Spirits are teaming up for the latest edition of “Get into the Spirit of Opera” on Jan. 30, 2025.

This time around, the showcase at The Toledo Spirits Company on North Summit Street will provide a preview of the company’s upcoming production of “South Pacific.” As the company has done in past iterations of the program, audiences will hear performances from cast members of the forthcoming production and will also get a chance to win two tickets to a date on Valentine’s Day to witness the famed musical.

“We are thrilled that we can share this exciting event with our audience while continuing our partnership with Toledo Spirits,” said Toledo Opera General Director James M. Norman in an official press release. “I invite Toledoans to join us as we engage with the community and showcase the voices of ‘South Pacific.’”

“We are excited to see the return of Toledo Opera, and we are just as excited to be able to experience their world class talent along with outstanding cocktails here at our cocktail bar Bellwether” concluded Andrew Newby, CEO of Toledo Spirits.

“South Pacific” opens on Feb. 14 and gets an additional showcase two days later on Feb. 16, 2025.
