The Dallas Opera to Live Stream All 2022-23 Mainstage Productions

The Dallas Opera has announced that it will live stream its 2022-23 mainstage productions.

The first opera that will stream is “Rigoletto” on Sunday, Oct. 16. Audiences will be able to watch the opera on thedallasopera.TV.

Next up is “Hansel and Gretel” on Nov. 5, followed by “Cosí fan tutte” on April 1, 2022. The company also revealed that it will film “Das Rheingold” from The Atlanta Opera and will release it at a later day.

There will also be behind-the-scenes content for each stream.

“Our continued goal is to welcome new audiences to the art form, both locally and internationally. Livestreaming allows us to introduce The Dallas Opera to the global community on a larger scale than ever before,” said Ian Derrer, The Kern Wildenthal General Director and CEO, in an official rpess statement. “We invite audiences to join us in Dallas, whether that be in-person or digitally, for a reimagined Opera experience, accessible to all.”
