By David Salazar

The Tenri Cultural Institute Art Gallery will present a Fall Gala on Sept. 27, 2025 at 6 p.m.

The event, produced by Eastwest Artistry, NYC, will feature performances by soprano Lena Wu, as well as such instrumentalists as Eric Sedgwick, Jocelyn Lee, Pinghui Tsai, Wajdi Cherif, Mariem Snoussi, Xi Lu, and Boya Li, among others.

The gala will showcase visual artworks by JANAC, Stephanie Tirado, Sofiia Yanush, and Mel Laub.

“Our aim with this gala is to create a cultural experience where East meets West-bringing together music, fine art, and human connection in an intimate social setting. We hope to introduce classical artistry to a broader audience and make it more accessible outside of traditional concert halls,” Wu, also the founder of Eastwest Artistry and the producer of the gala, told OperaWire. “Together, this vibrant mix of music and fine art represents our vision of celebrating cultural diversity and fostering connections across artistic disciplines, along with curated visual artworks presented throughout the evening. Together, these elements celebrate cross-cultural dialogue and highlight both established and emerging talents.”
