Tenor Ramón Vargas has joined forces with the Jávorkai brothers to create a unique recording of Massenet’s “Élégie.”

The video also includes Clara Biermasz, the Artistic Director of the Dutch Chopin Foundation, on the piano.

Per a press release, this video is a precursor to more collaborations between Sándor and Ádam Jávorkai with others renowned artists in a new concert series entitled “Jávorkai Brothers.”

“Me and my friends, the Jávorkai family, we would like to give a little present to the music lovers. However, we chose this piece because we feel called to commemorate the people who we lost because of the coronavirus,” stated the Mexican tenor in a press release. “We send this song to everyone. Let the music unite us!”
