Bogotá’s Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo will present Monteverdi’s “L’Orfeo” from Nov. 18, 2025.

The showcase will be featured at at the Teatro Estudio of the Teatro Mayor by the Camila Toro Estudio Vocal & Academia de Música Antigua.

The production features musical direction by David Esteban Escobar and Gustavo Gargiulo, with stage direction by Camila Toro and Genoveva Caro. Soloists include baritone Juan Pablo Vélez, and soprano Luna Melo Díaz.

The performance starts at 8 p.m. local time and has a duration of two hours.
