Teatro dell’Opera di Roma to Present Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle

The Teatro dell’Opera di Roma is set to present Rossini’s “Petite messe solennelle” on Oct. 1, 2020.

The famed Rossini piece will star talenti di ‘Fabbrica’ singers Agnieszka Jadwiga Grochala, Irene Savignano, Rodrigo Ortiz, and Alessandro Della Morte. Jader Bignamini will conduct the matserpiece.

The performance will conclude the company’s series “Settembre in musica,” a series of performances costing 10 Euros and which featured performances of a program dedicated to Brahms and Verdi gala. The company also performed three concerts at the Rome Convention Center.

The Teatro dell’Opera di Roma will continue its fall season with the company premiere of “Zaide” with Chen Reiss and Sofia Coppola’s production of “La Traviata” starring Albina Shagimuratova and Claudia Pavone.
