The Teatro dell’Opera di Roma is set to present “I Tre Controtenori” on Oct. 20, 2023.

The concert, which will be held at the Teatro Costanzi, will star Carlo Vistoli, Raffaele Pe, and Aryeh Nussbaum Cohen. Rinaldo Alessandrini will conduct the Orchestra della fondazione capitolina.

The evening will showcase the three soloists in arias and duets from Antonio Vivaldi, Georg Friedrich Händel, and Leonardo Vinci. Among selections comes from “Orland Furioso,” “Tolomeo,” “Ariodante,” and “Orfeo ed Euridice,” among others.

After the the concert, Pe, Vistoli, and Cohen will star in the company’s new production of Handel’s “Giulio Cesare in Egitto” which will open on Oct. 21, 2023.
