London’s Chelsea Opera Group is set to present Tchaikovsky‘s rarely performed “Oprichnik.” The romantic tragedy follows the original setting of 16th-century Moscow during the reign of Tsar Ivan the Terrible and features his oprichniki (bodyguards).
