Norwegian National Opera and Ballet Cancels All November Performances After Employees Tests Positive for COVID-19

Norwegian National Opera and Ballet has announced that all performances through November have been canceled. The decision comes as a result of one of the employees testing positive for COVID, as well as the City Council’s decision to close Oslo beginning next week. Randi Stene Named Director of Oslo National Opera

The Oslo National Opera in Norway has named Randi Stene the General Director. The former contralto will begin her new position on August 1, 2020.
