George Enescu International Festival Announces New Music Director

Romanian conductor Cristian Măcelaru has been named the new Music Director of the George Enescu International Festival. Măcelaru will succeed Vladimir Jurowski, who was the previous Music Director and recently became the Bayerische Staatsoper’s Music Director.
