Sudbury Savoyards to Present ‘Princess Ida’

Massachusetts’ Sudbury Savoyards will present Gilbert & Sullivan’s “Princess Ida” on Feb. 24-March 2, 2024 at the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Theatre.

The production will be directed by Rebecca Graber. The operetta, which tells the story of a young woman who backs out of her childhood betrothal to build a women’s university that bans men on campus, will star Maria Bozich and Sydney Pérez, Matt Tragert, Michael Gonzalez, Brad Amidon, David Smyth, Thai Johnson, Sara DeLong, Danielle Shevchenko, Sara Mitnik, Blair Eig, Matt Garber, Santo Mammone, Eliza Howells, Kai Fay, and Mei Lin Po.

It will also feature the talents of Lucy Auger, Briana Bensenouci, Brendon Chetwynd, Kirsten Chetwynd, Graham Daley, Dianne DeChellis, Jennifer Dohm, Meryl Eisenstein, Deborah Gaz, Randy Glidden, José González, Lourdes González, Kim Kapner, Larry Millner, Aire Nifong, Karen Powers, Martin Reiss, Mary Jo Reiss, Susan Robinson, and Marla Zucker.

There will be a total of six performances of “Princess Ida.”
