Staatsoper Stuttgart Streaming Operas by Prokofiev & Wagner

The Staatsoper Stuttgart is joining the numerous opera companies around the world showcasing streams of previous productions.
The company is currently showing its production of “The Love of Three Oranges” under the musical direction of Alejo Pérez. The work stars Patrick Zielke, Kai Luge, Stine Marie Fischer, Sigeo Ishino, Daniel Kluge, Johannes Kammler, and Michael Ebbecke, among others. It is available to stream directly from the company’s website or via its YouTube channel.
The stream will be available until March 27, 2020.
However, on March 27, the company will start to stream a production of Wagner’s “Lohengrin.”
Other companies offering up streams online include the Vienna State Opera, the Royal Opera House, the Rossini Festival, Staatsoper Berlin, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, and Gran Teatre del Liceu, among others.
