Spotlight Artists Management and Production will present “Christmas with Rachmaninoff” on Dec. 22, 2023 at Saint John’s in the Village.

The program will star singers Zoya Gramagin, Sara Beth Pearson, and Jonathan R. Green. They are joined by pianists Alexander Chaplinskiy and Nataliya Medvedovskaya as well as saxophonist Nikolai Klotchkov.

The first half features works by Rachmaninoff. Following the intermission, audiences will hear music by Decruck, Porter, Medvedovskaya, Arlen, Berlin, Iturralde, and Adam.

“With this program, we want to celebrate the end of another difficult year torn apart by wars and political conflicts. Sergei Rachmaninoff is one of the greatest composers of all times. Also, he is a displaced person who had to find a new home and new inspiration due to a harsh political shift in his home country, Russia. We want to finish the Rachmaninoff Year by performing his gorgeous music that touches people’s hearts. No exaggeration,” said Natalie Burlutskaya, artists manager & producer, in an official statement.
