The Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse has announced its 2022-23 season featuring opera and recitals. Here is a look:

Opera 

The season opens with Dvorák’s “Rusalka” conducted by Frank Beermann and directed by Stefano Poda. The opera stars Anita Hartig, Aleksei Isaev, Piotr Buszewski, Béatrice Uria-Monzon, and Janina Bachle.

Performance Dates: Oct. 6-16, 2022

Vannina Santoni, Anaïs Constans, Kévin Amiel, Azer Zada, Marie Perbost, Andreea Soare, Mikhail Timoshenko, and Jérôme Boutillier star in Puccini’s “La Bohème.” Lorenzo Passerini conducts.

Performance Dates: Nov. 26-Dec. 6, 2022

Hervé Niquet conducts Mozart’s “Le nozze di Figaro” with Marco Arturo Marelli directing. Michael Nagy, Karine Deshayes, Anaïs Constans, Julien Véronèse, and Éléonore Pancrazi star.

Performance Dates: Jan. 20-31, 2023

Mitterer’s “Dafne” will be conducted by Geoffroy Jourdain and directed by Aurélien Bory. Adpele Carlier, Anne-Emmanuelle Davy, Michiko Takahashi, and Amandine Trene star.

Frank Beermann conducts Wagner’s “Tristan und Isolde” with Nicolas Joel directing and starring Sophie Koch, Nikolai Schukoff, Matthias Goerne, and Anaïk Morel.

Rosa Feola and Claudia Pavone lead Verdi’s “La Traviata” with Amitai Pati, Julian Dran, Jean-François Lapointe, and Dario Solari. Michele Spotti conducts the production by Pierre Rambert.

Agnieszka Rehlis, Duncan Rock, Dominic Barberi, and Philippe-Nicoals Martin star in Britten’s “The Rape of Lucretia” with Marius Stieghorst conducting and Anne Delbée directing.
