Sing for Hope Announces Healing Arts Interactive

By Francisco Salazar

Sing for Hope Healing Arts has launched Healing Arts Interactive.

The Healing Arts Interactive will feature live, interactive performances by leading artists from Broadway, Lincoln Center, and the world’s top stages and will be available to anyone with internet access. All proceeds from the initiative will go to support working artists and bring the arts to under-served communities at large.

According to the Sing for Hope research, the senior audience says that art isn’t just a hobby or interest; it is a crucial part of their wellbeing.

In a statement soprano Renée Fleming said, “We are learning more every day about the positive potential of music for health and well-being. In these isolating times, delivering vibrant, engaging arts programming to our most vulnerable seniors could not be more critical.”

Sing for Hope’s new Healing Arts Interactive will present three daily live, interactive performances and will feature Broadway, jazz, classical, gospel, and world music, as well as museum tours, dance performances, readings, and so much more.
