San Francisco Performances to Present Raehann Bryce-Davis

The mezzo will be joined by pianist Jeanne-Minette Cilliersin a program that includes Amy Beach’s “Three Browning Songs, Op. 44,” Wagner’s “Wesendonck Lieder,” Melissa Dunphy’s “Come, My Tan Faced Children,” Margaret Bond’s “Birth,” Florence Price’s “The Crescent Moon,” Maria Thompson Corley’s “The Beauty in My Blackness” and “I’m Not an Angry Black” and Pete Ashborune’s “Fi Mi Love Have Lion Heart: No. 3—Banyan Tree; No. 4—Fi Mi Love Have Lion Heart; No. 5—Nobody’s Business”.
Bryce-Davis has performed at the Washington National Opera, Royal Danish Opera, Dutch National Opera, Metropolitan Opera, La Monnaie, LA Opera, and Carnegie Hall.
