The San Francisco Opera Center has announced the 2020 Adler Fellows.

This year’s group includes 10 singers and two pianists / apprentice coaches who will begin their fellows in January of 2020. They include soprano Anne-Marie MacIntosh, soprano Elisa Sunshine, soprano Esther Tonea, mezzo-soprano Simone McIntosh, tenor Zhengyi Bai, tenor Christopher Colmenero, tenor Christopher Oglesby, and tenor Victor Starsky. Baritone Timothy Murray and bass Stefan Egerstrom round out the singers of the lot. Finally, Andrew King and Kseniia Polstankina Barrad are the pianists.

Of this group five members, including Barrad, McIntosh, Bai, Colmenero, and Oglesby, are returning for their second year.

The 2019 Adler Fellows season will culminate in an annual showcase concert “The Future is Now” on Dec. 6, 2019 at the Herbst Theatre in San Francisco.
