Salle Cortot Announces June 2025 Programming

Salle Cortot has announced its June 2025 slate, which is replete with vocal offerings.

First up is “Wigmore Hall French Song Exchange.” The program features songs by Bizet, Paladilhe, Poulenc, Hahn, Ravel, Massenet, Dupart, Viardot-Garcia, Fauré, Strohl, and Sohy. Performers include Bethan Terry, Madeleine Perring, Beth Moxon, Ellen Pearson, Lyriel Benameur, Harun Tekin, Anton Kirchhoff, and Jean Marques. They are joined by pianists Francesca Laur, Jia Ning Ng, and Anna Giorgi.

Soprano Clara Bellon headlines “La Voix des Océans,” a program that honors the frailty of the sea through the music of composer Antonio Santana.

Performance Date: June 8, 2025


Mezzo-soprano Marine Friboug, pianist Flore Merlin, and “friends” will take on a program that features music by P. Viardot-García, F. Hensel-Mendelssohn, C. Schumann-Wieck, F. Mendelssohn, R. Schumann, J. Brahms, C. Loewe, F. Schubert, F. Liszt, and E. Grieg.

Quatuor Voce and harpist Emmanuel Ceysson take on works by Tournier, Caplet, and Debussy.
