Promethean Artists has announced its Live lineup for the week of June 1, which will be dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion.

“We feel it’s important that we offer our platform as a place for respectful discussion – especially at this moment in history – on ways the classical music community can embrace diversity and inclusion, and areas where we can do better,” said Adam Cavagnaro the president of Promethean Artists. “We have been putting together the schedule for this week for a while, and have attempted to assemble a diverse lineup of industry leaders from different races, genders, and sexual orientations.”

The weekly series will kick off with a conversation between Ryan Speed Green and Roberto Kalb on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 12 p.m. EDT.

Chase Schaap will continue his “Fitness for Singers” class on Monday at 1 p.m. EDT, with a second session slated for Thursday at 11 a.m. EDT.

On Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 12 p.m. EDT, David Lomeli of the Dallas Opera and Bayerische Staatsoper will give a chat about his experience as both an artist and administrator.
