Rider University to Present ‘Harmonías Latinas: Celebrating Cultural Diversity in Song’

Rider University is set to present “Harmonías Latinas: Celebrating Cultural Diversity in Song” as part of The Westminster Faculty Recital Series.

The showcase will feature music from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru sung in Spanish, Portuguese, and Quechua.

The Vocalis Consort will be joined by such singers as Eugenia Forteza, Kelly Guerra, José Luis Maldonado, César Andrés Parreño, Wagner Maurcio Pástor, Andrea Salazar, and Christopher Sierra. They will be accompanied by pianist Martin Néron.

The performance is slated for Oct. 21, 2023 at Gill Chapel. The program commences at 7 p.m. local time.
