December 12, 2020, will see the first virtual concert presented by the Lang Lang International Music Foundation.

Entitled “Reaching Dreams Through Music,” the concert will be available on Lang’s YouTube channel and distributed by global media partners.

Among the artists featured in the performance will be Lang and his wife, pianist Gina Alice, as well as soprano Renée Fleming and a host of award-winning artists such as Sam Smith, Ron Howard, Jon Batiste, Misty Copeland, Diana Krall, and Wycleff Jean. There will also be musical appearances by The Young People’s Chorus of NYC as well as the LLIMF Young Scholars and Junior Music Camp Music Ambassadors.

The program will draw from songs that shaped the artist’s lives and childhood or hold great personal meaning. The concert will highlight the significance of music in the lives of children worldwide while advocating for equitable access to music education.
