Olga Maslova has canceled her upcoming performances in “Der Fliegende Hollander.”

The soprano took to social media and said, “Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I have withdrawn from all performance of ‘Der Fliegende Holländer.'”

She continued, “Thank you to my audience, the theater and my colleagues for your understanding. I wish everyone wonderful performances, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.”

Maslova was set to perform at the Teatro Comunale di Modena and Teatro di Piacenza and will be replaced Johanni van Oostrum.

The production is set to open in Piacenza on Nov. 6 and in Modena in Nov. 20, 2026.
