Queensland Symphony Orchestra has unveiled its 2026 season. For this article, our focus will only be on vocal performances on offer.

Umberto Cerci will conduct Fauré’s Requiem in a program that also includes orchestral works by Maria Grenfell, Brahms, and Katy Abbott. Vocal soloists include Christopher Richardson and Stacy Alleaume. They are joined by Brisbane Chamber Choir Collective at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University.

Performance Date: March 13 & 15, 2026

Soprano Sofia Troncoso will headline an Italian gala that features music by Verdi, Vivaldi, Rossini, and Rota. Also on the program is classical accordion player James Crabb, violinist Natsuko Yoshimoto, and cellist Umberto Clerci, who also conducts the performance.
