
Pittsburgh Opera Names 2025-26 Resident Artists
By David SalazarPittsburgh Opera has announced its 2025-26 Resident Artists.
This year’s roster includes soprano Shannon Crowley, soprano Lauryn Davis, baritone Erik Nordstrom, bass Matthew Soibelman, tenor Logan Wagner, mezzo-soprano Audrey Welsh, stage director Dana Kinney, and pianist Maeve Berry.
The artists will study languages, diction, movement, and acting while developing their vocal skills, expanding their repertoire, and having the opportunity to take the stage in some of Pittsburgh Opera’s productions.
The Resident Artist Program is made possible, in part, by the generosity of individual sponsors, including Robert J. and Sharon E. Scalabassi; Steven Siebert; The Haley Family Fund, Susan Candace Hunt, and Steve & Gail Mosites; John & Virginia DiPucci, Alice Victoria Gelormino, and Dr. Eugene N. Myers, among others.
Past resident Artists include Marianne Cornetti, Eric Ferring, Sean Panikkar, Taylor Raven, Alexandra Loutsion, Audrey Luna, and Rolando Villazón.
