PEAK Performances to Workshop ‘Robeson’

PEAK Performances at Montclair State University will present a workshop of “Robeson” on Sept. 9, 2025.

Headlining the performance will be Justin Hopkins, Raven McMillon, Joseph Parrish, Lucy Evans, Logan Wagner, Wendy Hill, Adrienne Danrich, William Ferguson, and Michael Kelly.

Ninety minutes of opera will be shared starting at 4:30 p.m. at the Alexander Kasser Theater.

The opera by Scott Davenport Richards and David Cote explores the life of Black singer, actor and activist Paul Robeson. Davenport Richards and Cote are renowned for their opera “Blind Injustice.”
