Palm Beach to Present Resident Artists Showcase

Palm Beach Opera will present its Resident Artists showcase on April 10, 2025.

The event, set for 7:30 p.m. at The Cornelia T. Bailey Opera Center in West Palm Beach will feature performances by the resident artists, including Ajit Persaud, Allison Fahey, Ben Strong, Connor Buckley, Maggie Kinabrew, Maggie Shannon, Mario Manzo, Matthew Cerillo, Saane Haloholo, Alexis Seminario, Ashyln Brown, Bernardo Medeiros, Dylan Gregg, Lauren Carroll, and Randy Ho.

They will interpret arias from such operas as “La Traviata,” “Un Ballo in Maschera,” “Così fan tutte, ” Falstaff,” “Le nozze di Figaro,” “Il Barbiere di Siviglia,” “Lucia di Lammermoor,” “Turandot,” “Die Walküre,” “Gianni Schicchi,” and “Carmen,” among others.

“The Resident Artist Showcase is a culmination of a season steeped in growth with a spotlight on each artist’s journey,” said Palm Beach Opera’s Director of Resident Artist Programs, Joanna Latini. “This concert offers not just performances, but deeply personal triumphs that reflect months of dedication, exploration and artistic evolution. We’re proud to celebrate these emerging artists before they embark on what we know will be outstanding careers.”

There will be an opportunity following the performance to mingle with the artists.
