A double bill of Mascagni’s “Cavalleria rusticana” and Leoncavallo’s “Pagliacci” open the season. Marie-Andrée Bouchard-Lesieur, Azer Zada, Julie Pasturaud, Tomasz Kumięga, Reut Venturo, Giuseppina Merli, Galina Cheplakova, Maciej Kwasnikowski, and Leon Kim are among the cast. Silvia Paoli directs. Yoel Gamzou conducts.

A concert version of Händel’s “Theodora” features Lea Desandre in the title role, with Veronique Gens, Laurence Kilsby, Hugh Cutting, and Alex Rosen. Lutist Thomas Dunford directs the Choir and Orchestra of the Jupiter Ensemble.

Sheva Tehoval solos in “Review Your Lyrical Classics,” with the Montpellier Occitanie National Opera Choir and Orchesta. The program features pieces by Massenet, Mascagni, Verdi, Rossini, and more. Noëlle Gény is the choir director and Marco Crispo conducts. Sébastien Grimaud narrarates.

Bruno Taddia, Andrew Manea, Kevin Amiel, Angelique Boudeville, Kamelia Kader, Julia Muzychenko, Marie Lenormand, Yoann Le Lan, Loïc Felix, and David Shipley star in Verdi’s “Falstaff.” David Hermann directs. Noëlle Gény is the choir director of the Montpellier Occitanie National Opera Choir. Michael Schønwandt conducts.

Mozart’s “Coronation Mass” is performed by Eric Rouget, Manon Lamaison, Seraphine Cotrez, Maciej Kwasnikowski, and Antoine Foulon. They are joined by Montpellier Occitanie National Opera Choir led by Noëlle Gény, and the Montpellier Occitanie National Orchestra. Marc Korovitch directs.

Brahms’ “A German Requiem” features Esther Tonea and Stéphane Degout, with the Montpellier Occitanie National Opera Choir and the Choir of the National Opera of the Capitole of Toulouse. Noëlle Gény and Gabriel Bourgoin are the choir director. Roderick Cox conducts.
