
Opéra National de Paris to Transmit ‘La Fille du Régiment’ & ‘Turandot’ Around the World

The Opéra National de Paris will continue its program of transmitting two pre-recorded opera performances across the world.
This year’s two operatic selections include “La Fille du Régiment” and “Turandot.”
The former, featuring the Laurent Pelly production, got its first screening at Guatemala City in the gardens of the Alliance Française de Guatemala. That showcase took place on June 18, 2025. The opera also got a showcase in Vesoul at the Théâtre François Villon on June 19, 2025.
On June 21, both “La Fille du Régiment” and “Turandot” were showcased at Les Recontres Nomades at Saint-Denis de la Réunion. “La Fille” will also get screenings at Savoie on July 9, Bourges on July 11, Pyrénées-Orientales on July 17, Chaumont on July 18, Hauts-de-Seine on July 20, Pau on August 20, Saint-Cré on July 29, Cannes on August 28, and Yguebeuf on August 29. There will also be a showcase on July 25 in Guadeloupe.
Meanwhile “Turandot” also got a screening on June 21 in Sarcelles and is set for other showcases in Gers on July 4, Savoie on August 13, Quimper on July 11, Montauban on July 13, Audierne-Esquibien on July 16, Chaumont on August 1, Mandelieu-La-Napoule on August 11, Paris on August 19, Yquebeuf on August 30, and Papeete on Sept. 12.
The company will also be presenting two ballets, “La Fille Mal Gardée” and “Don Quichotte.”
