Opera Holland Park has announced its 2026 season, celebrating its 30th anniversary.

The season will open with a production of Puccini’s “La fanciulla del West.”

The season also includes a new production of Mozart’s “Così fan tutte,” which will also be performed by our 2026 Young Artists.

The festival will also reimagine “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” by Will Todd and Maggie Gottlieb, first commissioned in 2012, which returns and will be performed on the main stage.

2026 will also mark the beginning of a long-term partnership with the Yachiyoza Theatre in Kumamoto, Japan. The collaboration begins with the UK premiere of “The Bamboo Princess.”

The company will present a concert performance of Puccini’s “Turandot.”

Johann Strauss II’s “Die Fledermaus” will be performed in English in a new production.

The season closes with a 2019 production of Verdi’s “Un ballo in maschera.”

Casting, dates, and booking information will be released at a later date and this article will be accordingly updated to reflect that.
