Oper Frankfurt Increases Seating Capacity Starting This Weekend

Oper Frankfurt has expanded its seating capacity starting on March 4, 2022.

The company will now be able to allow 1,025 people into its auditorium; the maximum capacity is for 1,375.

All audiences members must bring proof of full vaccination in addition to a negative rapid test no older than 24 hours before the start of the performance. A PCR test no older than 48 hours is also permitted, unless the audience member is boosted.

The company did note that masks must be worn throughout the performance and during any instance when patrons are inside the building. There will be no social distancing rules implemented in the auditorium.

The company is set to present Verdi’s “Rigoletto” starting on March 4, 2022; the company will also be showcasing Rossini’s “Bianca e Falliero” and Mozart’s “Così fan tutte” throughout the weekend.
