Olga Peretyatko Named Kammersängerin in Hamburg

Olga Peretyatko has been named Kammersängerin of the Staatsoper Hamburg.
The soprano announced the news via social media and said, “Exciting news to share with you all – I have been honored with the title of Kammersängerin! The Hamburg State Opera holds a special place in my heart, as it is where I first started as a student in the opera studio. Since then, I have performed countless roles there and every time I return, it feels like coming home!! Can’t wait to see you all at the ceremony on October 13th!”
Peretatko began her career as a studio artist with the company and has since performed numerous roles in Hamburg including Norina in “Don Pasquale” and Marguerite in “Faust,” among others. This season Peretyatko performs “Il Trovatore” and “Le Nozze di Figaro” at the Staatsoper Hamburg.
