NYU Skirball’s 2026-27 season is announced.

Here’s a look at the operatic works.

Julia Wolfe joins the Bang on a Can All-Stars and Trinity Choir in a performance of her Pulitzer Prize-winning oratorio, “Anthracite Fields.”

Performance Date: Oct. 29, 2026

The North American premiere of Pavol Liska and Kelly Copper’s chamber opera, “Pizza or A Door In The Dark Does Not Dance or The Meaning of Life” is presented by members of Nature Theater of Oklahoma.

Performance Dates: Feb. 18–20, 2027

David T. Little and Garth Greenwell’s “What Belongs to You” makes its NYC premiere. Karim Sulayman and Alarm Will Sound perform. Mark Morris directs.

Performance Dates: April 15 & 17, 2027
