Moniuszko Choir to Headline Connecticut Virtuosi’s 2025 Summer Music Festival

Connecticut Virtuosi has announced its 2025 Summer Music Festival, which includes a performance featuring The Moniuszko Choir.

The performance, set for August 17, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. local time at the Cyril and Methodius Church in Hartford, will feature a performance of Vivaldi’s “Stabat Mater,” RV 621, as well as “Magnificat,” RV. 610.

Alto Allison Lindsay will be the soloist in the showcase. The alto previously performed with the company in an April 2024 performance of Mozart’s “Coronation Mass” in Brooklyn.

Other performances scheduled for the festival include one by the Chamber Oak String Quartet, a cello recital featuring Sanga Yoon, a Virtuosi Institute Student’s Showcase, and a Violin Recital starring Brunhilda Myftaraj.
