Minnesota Opera has made its production of “Doubt” available to stream.

Audiences can check out the work by composer Douglas Cuomo and playwright John Patrick Shanley on PBS until June 22.

“Doubt” was directed by Kevin Newbury with a cast that featured Christine Brewer as Sister Aloysius, Adriana Zabala as Sister James, Matthew Worth as Father Flynn and Denyce Graves in the pivotal role of the boy’s mother, Mrs. Miller. Christopher Franklin conducted the production.

“Doubt,” which had a world premiere in January 2013, was recently showcased on PBS’ Great Performances series on Jan. 25, 2019.

The opera is based on Shanley’s 2005 Broadway play, which was also adapted into an Academy Award nominated film starring Phillips Seymour Hoffmann, Viola Davis, Meryl Streep, and Amy Adams.
