Miah Persson, J’Nai Bridges, Davóne Tines, Benjamin Appl, Mark Padmore Headline San Francisco Performances’ 2025-26 Season

San Francisco Performances has unveiled its 2025-26 season.

“This season truly embodies SFP’s mission to give the world’s great artists a platform for their best, most personal work,” said SFP President Melanie Smith per an official press release. “It’s about making space for audiences and artists to come together for a transcendent shared experience, making each performance all the more memorable.”

Here is a rundown of the classical vocal performances on offer.

Mark Padmore teams up with Paul Lewis for an all-Schumann program.

Performance Date: Sept. 26, 2025


Benjamin Appl and James Baileu pay tribute to Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau.

Performance Date: Oct. 24, 2025


Davóne Tines will headline a recital of songs by Balliett, Carr, Händel, Simpson, and others alongside Ruckus.

Performance Date: Feb. 7, 2026


J’Nai Bridges, pianist Terrence Wilson, and the Catalyst quartet take on music by Coleridge-Taylor, Libby Larsen, Dvorák, and Elgar.

Performance Date: March 19, 2026


Miah Persson and Magnus Svensson perform a program of Nordic songs.

Performance Date: April 9, 2026
