
Mesopotamian Opera Company to Present ‘The Blur: or How to Marry a Billionaire’

The operetta by Peter Wing Healey, which will take place at The Highland Park Ebell Club in Los Angeles, tells the story of a Maritza Plunck, who will only marry a billionaire. Unbeknownst to her, she hires a temp worker who turns out is a fugitive CEO. Chaos ensues.
The work stars Catherine Antonia Samartin, Gabriel Manro, Jessica Mamey, Jonathan Matthews, Christa Marie Stevens, Marin Harris, Jamie Sanderson, Steve Moritsugu, Eric Castro, and Camille Cardinale.
The work will be directed and choreographed by Ataraxia Waldorf. Music directors include Dr. James Lent and Milos Veljkovic.
The operetta opens on August 2 and runs through August 10.
