Medici.tv is set to stream the Deutsche Oper Berlin’s production of “Fedora” on Dec. 2, 2025.
The production by Christof Loy will star Lithuanian soprano Vida Miknevičiūtė in the title role and American tenor Jonathan Tetelman as Ipanov.
The cast also includes Julia Muzychenko and Navasard Hakobyan and will be conducted by John Fiore.
Critics have raved about the two leads stating, “The two share a charming chemistry on stage, necessary for roles that often border on the over-the-top” and “Miknevičiūtė’s stage presence was matched by Tetelman’s. The tenor has sung the role before and his Loris is possibly all that Giordano and Colautti meant him to be – virile, passionate, impulsive – hardly a masterpiece of character-building.”
The production opened on Nov. 27 2025 and is set to run through Dec. 10, 2025.
