Mariano Buccino has joined GoDirect AM for general management.

The bass has been a finalist at the 53º Concurso Internacional de Canto Voci Verdiane in Busseto and was a winner of the 7º Concurso Internacional de Canto Ciudad in Ravello and the 65º Concurso Internacional de Canto «AsLiCo».

His repertoire includes Il Commendatore in “Don Giovanni,” Don Basilio in “Il Barbiere di Siviglia,” Raimondo in “Lucia di Lammermoor,” Silva in “Ernani,” Oroveso in “Norma,” and Colline “La Bohème.”

Throughout the past years, he has also worked with the Teatro Massimo di Palermo, Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, Sarasota Opera, and the Israeli Opera.

Future engagements include Raimondo in “Lucia di Lammermoor” in Zaragoza and his debut at the Teatro di San Carlo di Napoli where he will take on the role of Ashby in “La Fanciulla del West” and Sir. Gualtiero Raleigh in “Roberto Devereaux.”
