Malaga Philharmonic Announces 2020-21 Season

The Malaga Philharmonic has announced its 2020-21 featuring 15 concerts and a number of internationally recognized soloists.

Here is a look at the vocal performances for the season.

José María Moreno conducts the Christmas concert which is set to include Rossini’s “Guillaume Tell” Overture and Puccini’s “Messa di Gloria” with soloists Eduardo Aladrén and Rui Silva.

Performance Dates: Dec. 17 & 18, 2020

José María Moreno conducts Karl Jenkins’ “The Armed Man“with soloists Mónica Campaña, Marina Pinchuk, José Manuel Sánchez, and Rodrigo Álvarez.

Performance Dates: March 25 & 26, 2021

José María Moreno concludes the season with a concert version of Breton’s “La verbena de la Paloma” with Raquel Lojendio, César San Martín, Marga Cloquell, Cristina Faus, Luis Pacetti, and David Sánchez. The concert also includes selections from “El reloj de Lucerna.”
