Luca Salsi and Michele Pertusi are set to appear on Dec. 20 at the Teatro Regio di Parma.

The two acclaimed singers will perform alongside pianist Milo Martani in a recital entitled “Pianse ed amò per tutti.” The recital is a benefit for the children’s hospital of Parma “Pietro Barilla.”

The two artists will perform music by Giuseppe Verdi from “Simon Boccanegra,” “Macbeth,” “I Vespri Siciliani,” “Attila,” “Ernani,” “Rigoletto,” and “Don Carlo.”

Pertusi and Salsi recently collaborated on a new production of “Simon Boccanegra” at the Teatro dell’Opra di Roma and last season opened the Teatro alla Scala in “Don Carlo.” The two have performed several Verdi roles and are also known for their Italian repertoire.
