Opera
Daniele Squeo and Lukas Beikircher conduct Puccini’s “Tosca” with Francesca Tiburzi and Marigona Qerkezi sharing the title role. Matteo Lippi, Carlos Cardoso, Johan Reuter, and Daniel Luis de Vicente also star. Kasper Holten directs.

Evan Rogister conducts George Benjamin’s “Written on Skin” in a stage production by Katie Mitchell. Daniel Okulitch, Gisela Stille, Morten Grove Frandsen, Mathilda Sidén Silfver, and Jacob Skov Andersen.
Performance Dates: Sept. 14-Oct. 4, 2025
Giulio Cilona conducts Mascagni’s “Cavalleria Rusticana” and Leoncavallo’s “Pagliacci” with Niels Jørgen Riis, Trine Møller, Caitlin Gotimer, Johanne Bock, Fredrik Bjellsäter, Jens Søndergaard, Theodore Platt, and Kari Dahl Nielsen.
Performance Dates: Oct. 12-Nov. 14, 2025
Yi-Chen Lin and Johannes Witt conduct Verdi’s “Rigoletto” with Sofia Adrian Jupither’s production. Gevorg Hakobyan and Aluda Todua lead the production alongside a cast that includes Galeano Salas, Granit Musliu, Clara Cecilie Thomsen, Seonwoo Lee, and Henning von Schulman.

Poulenc’s “Dialogues des Carmelites” will be conducted by Asher Fisch and Marie Jacquot. Barrie Kosky’s production will star Jens Sondergaard, Elena Tsallagova, Jacob Skov Andersen, Katarina Dalayman, Sine Bundgaard, Juliana Zara, and Hanne Fischer.

Robert Houssart and Vito Cristofaro conduct Donizetti’s “Don Pasquale” with a cast that includes Markus Schwartz, Kyungil Ko, Theodore Platt, Orhan Yildiz, Santiago Ballerini, Alberto Robert, Louise McClelland Jacobsen, and Sofie Lund. Mariame Clément directs the production.

Marie Jacquot conducts Strauss’ “Der Rosenkavalier” in a production by Elisabeth Linton. Gisela Stille, Patrick Zielke, Elisabeth Jansson, Jens Søndergaard, and Clara Cecilie Thomsen star.

Monteverdi’s “L’Incoronazione di Poppea” will be conducted by Lars Ulrik Mortensen and directed by Christoph Marthaler. The production will star Kerstin Avemo, Meili Li, Anne Sofie von Otter, Morten Grove Frandsen, Kyungil Ko, Annika Beinnes, and Stuart Jackson.

Dutch Translations
Verdi’s “La Traviata” will be performed in a new Dutch Translation with Frederikke Kampmann, Sofie Lund, Thorbjørn Gulbrandsøy, Anders Kampmann, Hrólfur Sæmundsson, and Teit Kanstrup. Christopher Lichtenstein conducts, and Eva-Maria Melbye directs.

Andreas Landin, Lars Møller, Simon Duus, Signe Sneh Durholm, Laura Helene Hansen, and Petter Moen star in a new translation of Mozart’s “Don Giovanni.” Cathrine Winnes conducts the production by Dan Turdén.
