Lirica Arts Singapore is set to present “Viva Vivaldi: The Lost Operas” on Jan. 14, 2023.

Per an official press release issued by the company, this will be the first time that an entire concert will be dedicated to the Italian composer.

The concert will feature such artists as soprano Cheng Szu Yun, mezzo-soprano Rebecca Chellappah, soprano Joyce Lee, baritone Martin Ng, soprano Claire Teo, countertenor Chan Wei En, and tenor Jonathan McPherson. Violinist and concertmaster Alan Choo will lead the Red Dot Baroque.

Lirica Arts is a Singapore-registered, not-for-profit organization that was founded in June 2021. The work aims to highlight western vocal classical music including opera, chamber music, and vocal symphony music as well as creating a platform for international and local vocalists. The Arts Society also aims to engage in outreach programs in schools, hospitals, and other charitable organizations to raise community awareness. The company recently presented “L’inganno Felice” back in March 2022.
