Light Opera of NJ Announces Cast Changes for ‘Don Giovanni’

Light Opera of NJ has announced a few cast changes for its upcoming production of “Don Giovanni.”

The company revealed that Victoria Cannizzo will take over the role of Donna Anna, while Tyler Putnam will now perform as Leporello. Finally, Rick Agster will be the Commendatore.

“I am delighted to welcome these three acclaimed artists to this production. While cast changes are always challenging, these three colleagues are consummate professionals and I know that the performances will be most exciting!” said Light Opera of NJ Executive Director Jason Tramm in an official press statement.

Cannizzo has appeared with Opera Hong Kong, Baltimore Concert Opera, and Tri-Cities Opera, among others. Meanwhile, Putnam has performed with Opera Tampa, Gulfshore Opera, St Petersburg Opera, Geneva Light Opera, and Winter Opera St. Louis, among others. Finally, Agster’s career has seen him appear with Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice, Teatro Grattacielo, Camerata Bardi, and Regina Opera.
